HOURS OF OPERATION

(FOR LOCAL PICKUP/RETURNS AND SHOPPING TOURS)

Please take note that we often have odd working hours as a professional performing theatre. We are often open on Saturdays. Always closed on Sundays and often also closed on Mondays.

Though we often can accommodate special requests, please do your best to schedule shopping tours and rental pickups and returns during our normal working business days of Tuesday – Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm. We take meal breaks from 1-2pm and 5:30-6:30pm. Saturday and Monday by special request. No Sundays.

SHIPPING

If needed, we can ship costumes and props to event locations. We ship USPS and bill renter the actual shipping charges. Renter is also responsible for paying to return ship the items to our location, which needs to include a tracking number. Return shipping needs to be completed within three days of the end of the rental period and the tracking number submitted to LTR. Any days beyond this time frame that occur before we receive the required shipping information will incur late fees according to our late fees policy and guidelines. Renter should use all original boxes and packing supplies to return ship items unless boxes have been damaged by the USPS, in which new boxes should be used. Should there be any shipments that return to LTR and have item damage from shipping due to improperly re-packing the items, there will be a damage or replacement value fee charged to the credit card on file.

For any shipping orders received less than 14 days prior to shipping will incur a 20% rush fee. Renter is also responsible for additional expedited shipping costs if required or requested. A quote will be provided prior to shipping for approval.

PRICING

Renter pays for time out, not time used, excluding time shipping if applicable. We offer pricing for single week rates and single month rates on our website. Should you need to rent for either two weeks or three or for longer than a month, please contact us for a special adjusted rate quote.  We do not offer day rates. The day you pick up an item and the day you return the item count towards your seven day weekly rate. If shipping, transit days do not count towards your rental week time.

Some special film equipment may also include a daily rental rate in their website listing for use on short video shoots.
